Joanie Loves Chachi is a vibrant pop/punk/alternative/rock band hailing from Chilliwack, British Columbia. Formed in the mid-90s, the band features members Dean Young on vocals and guitar, Luke Rogalsky on guitar, Norm Thody on bass and Barry Higginson on drums.
The band’s music blends rock, punk, and alternative influences, creating a high-energy sound that resonates with a broad audience. They have released several albums, including “Please Keep of The Grass” (2000), “Uninterruptible Power Supply” (2002), a self-titled EP (2003), a full-length album, “My Brother’s Karate” (2020), and most recently a string of singles, “Save the New Wave (2023),” “Trophy Life” (2024), and “Trust Fall” (2024). With dwindling attention spans in mind, the band has chosen to release singles instead of albums for another 17 songs that have been recorded, so keep your ears peeled.
