The Andrew Michael Blues Band is a contemporary original blues and blues rock group from the Fraser Valley, B.C., who perform nitty, gritty and upbeat electric blues rock. Formed in 2024 and led by Andrew Michael Zaghloul, winner of the 2024 CIVL Radio Fraser Valley Music Awards Blues Artist of the Year, the Andrew Michael Blues Band brings the passion of the blues to audiences of all ages through soulful vocals, driving rhythm, and tone filled electric guitar and harmonica that is reminiscent of Texas blues meets 60’s British Blues. In 2025 they performed at notable gigs including Abbotsford Agrifair and Harrison Hot Springs Bands on the Beach, and filmed and released their original music video for the single “Fine Wine” in Chilliwack, B.C. In February 2026 the Andrew Michael Blues Band released their self-titled original blues rock album on CD and major streaming platforms which was recorded at Marpole Studio in Langley, B.C., with acclaimed producer Rob Begg (KISS, Tom Petty).
