About The Artist

Located in Aldergrove, B.C.

The Springmans are an Aldergrove, Canada based award winning family music group that bring their unique style of ukulele-strumming, djembe-drumming, and guitar-picking catchy songs to audiences all over North America and Europe!

Perry Springman is a funny and engaging performer who, along with his four children, charms audiences of all ages with their original songs and good-natured family banter. The kids, Emma (16), Ryan (13), Sarah (11), and Jacob (9), are talented musicians and performers. They sing, dance, and play a variety of instruments including ukulele, guitar, mandolin, violin, keyboards , djembe, shakers, and SamplePad while incorporating the audience into their fun, multi-cultural performances. Trampoline-bouncing, hula, and samba-sabra dancing anyone?

Their first album, HAPPY BEACH produced by multi Grammy© Award and DOVE AWARD winning songwriter/producer MARK HEIMERMANN was released in 2016 and went on to receive a National Parenting Product Award, a Parents’ Choice Award, the 2017 GMA Canadian Covenant Award for ‘Children’s Album of the Year,’ and the Fraser Valley Music Award-Youth Category!

Their newest album, UPSIDE DOWN, also produced by MARK HEIMERMANN, is scheduled to be released in the fall of 2020.

The Springmans pride themselves on playing music that appeals to all generations. What they call “Children’s Music For Grown-ups!” Though they began as a ‘kids band,’ it soon became apparent that their appeal was to a much broader audience — their music is for the ‘child in each of us!’

In addition to performing concerts world-wide, The Springmans also lead music camps, music workshops and seminars in schools. They are passionate about the work they do promoting child sponsorship through World Vision; each one of Perry’s kids are actively sponsoring a child of their own!
