Rick is the co-founder and house producer/music teacher at Spiderlodge Studio located in Chilliwack, BC, celebrating twenty years of community involvement in 2025. FVMA winner in 2016 for Musicianship, Rick has co-written, played and produced five albums of original songs in the folk-rock-country vein with the Spiderlodge Trio, and a series of four albums with FVMA winner Matt Lowen. On February 14th 2024, Rick released ‘Lost On Rivers Inlet’ his new solo instrumental album available for sale on CD Baby and now playing on all popular streaming services. This song collection is a deep breath of fresh, alpine air and it creates a mood that aligns the listener with the lush landscape of a rain forest, a cool place we benefit immensely by immersing ourselves in.
