Jadhé, a Burnaby-based artist with Haitian roots, seamlessly blends Afrobeats, R&B, and Hip-hop to create a unique sound. Growing up in a musical family in Abbotsford, he was inspired by his father’s classical guitar and his own experiences playing multiple instruments in church and school bands. His Haitian heritage and a transformative stay in Ghana deeply influence his music, leading to a fusion of Afrobeats and Haitian konpa on his latest album released in February, 2024.
